My Masters in Counseling is from University of San Francisco; I am licensed in both Oregon and California. The focus of treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Both are evidence based practices.

The focus of treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Both are evidence based practices. ART provides rapid relief to issues such as trauma & anxiety. CBT works to change negative thought patterns. I work with pre-teens, teens and adults. I do not provide couples counseling. I have experience in a variety of mental health settings. I provide telehealth for people in both states and in person at my private practice office in Canby, Oregon. I can also offer faith based perspective.
